Unhappiness

Yesterday was suppose to be the "worst day of the year". Well according to a recent study Tuesday's are no better.

The unhappiest day of the week is Tuesday. That's the word from British researchers, who studied the mood swings of 22,000 people over a two-month period and concluded that people are at their lowest point emotionally on Tuesdays. Conventional wisdom has long held that Monday is the unhappiest day of the week, but this study, which tried to establish a link between people's feelings and their immediate environment, including pollution, noise, weather conditions and green space, turns that belief upside-down.

Do something good for someone... Turn the frown upside-down!
