Hope and Restoration.

In Ezekiel 20:45-49, you read about the restoration and hope God gives.  God promises judgment upon the people of the south but he also promises that Israel would be restored.  This would happen when King Cyrus made his decree saying that the nation of Israel could return to Palestine.  One thing that I wish to point out today is that God even though He brings judgment He also tempers it with mercy.  In the Book of Revelation, God offes a second chance.  Galatians brings out that He is the God of the second chance.  There have been times in my life where God was dealing with certain areas of my life and it was not easy or pleasant.  After the time of testing was done I learn that God at the time was doing this for my good.  I discovered He loves me to much to leave me the way I am.  So whatever season you find yourself in, remember God is changing you to be more like Jesus.  Your promises today are:  Psalm 28:7, 34:18, 147:3, Prov 4:23, 15:13, Isaiah 30:15 & Jer 31:13.  Your insightful sayings are:  Life is a great teacher unfortunately we will run out of time before we learn all the lessons it has to offer.  So learn the ones you can and don’t worry about the rest.  The truth will set you free but most times at first it makes you miserable until you do something about it.
