John Berry’s receipe Day 9

John’s Baked Cajan Potatoes

4 baker potatoes – washed and halved

1 tbs butter per potato

Sprinkle of Cjan spice (Homemade or store bought)

4 slices of purple onion – thinly sliced

4 pieces tin foil

Directions:

Put butter on half of potato and sprinkle cajan spice on top of butter.  Place a slice of onion on top and place other 1/2 of potato on top of the onions.  Roll up in foil and bake at 375 F for 1 hour.
