Cedar Wrapped Salmon
Cedar Wraps (Buy at Sobey’s Meat Department)
4 Pieces of Salmon Fillet
Maple Glaze / Marinade
1/2 Purple Onion – diced very fine
1 slice fresh lemon
Direction:
First, soak the cedar wraps per intructions on case. Next take salmon fillet and marinade fish in maple marinade. Sprinkle the onion over top of the fish. Wrap in cedar wrap and secure with string supplied in package. Set over medium /high heat in BBQ and Cook for 20 minutes.
