In Exodus 17:1-7, The people of Israel were agained face with the problem of no water.  God had already provided many things for the people but how soon they forgot.  They complained to Moses and accused him of something that he did not do.  One thing about frustration, when we are in this state we say and do things we wouldn’t normally do.  Moses was a man of prayer and he went to God for the answer.  James 1:19, says, "Be quick to hear, slow to speak in anger and even slower to respond in anger.  When Moses received his answer he went to the people and they saw the mighty power of God.  Go to God for the answer in all situations.  He will know how to meet the need,  There is no problem great or small that God will not know how to solve.  Our promises today are Matt 18:19,Gal 5:22-23 and Phil 4:6.
